The, Prime Minister yesterday laid on the table of the House of Representatives a return of transfers in respect of any vote in the Appropriation Act; "What is it?" asked the Acting-Leader of the Opposition. . "The one the lion, member asked for the other day," replied the Prime Minister. The return, apart from, the heading and signature, contained one word, "Nil." - ■'-..'
