SITUATION FAIRLY QUIET,
WASHINGTON, 30th March.
Reports from Cilicia indicate that the situation in Marash is fairly quiet. .Only sporadic murders of x\rmenians are now occurring. The State Department is also advised that Lebanon haa proclaimed its independence, as a protest against the crowning of Emir .Feie'ul.
