Kapp's Under-Secretary of State, Folkenhausen, and General Levetzow have been arrested. ; A number of high officers have beendis- . missed, including Yon Lettovv-Vorbeck (ex-Commander in German West Africa). Yon Lutturtz lias , escaped, and his whereabouts is unknown.
