REPORT FROM BERLIN. (Received March 31, 2.30 p.m.) BERLIN, 29th March. Official : Despite the armistice, the Reds attacked Wesei, killing thirty civilians. They subsequently agreed to retire behind the Lippe River and surrender their arms, but.fired on the force sent to collect the arms.
