AUCKLAND, This Day. At the Supreme Court, Hetty Cooper, stewai-dness, sued Alfred Bysarton, chief steward on the steamer Daphne, claiming £300 damages for alleged breach of promise of marriage. The jury found a verdict for plaintiff for £165 -damages.
