TRAMWAYS MILITARY BAND.
There is a variety and High excellence in the .musical fare to bo tendered to1 patrons of the Wellington Municipal Tramways Military Band at the recital in His Majesty's Theatre .to-morrow night. Assisting the band will be Signor Lticien. Cesaroni, the Italian basso, whose appearances are always ■welcomed. The popular artist will be heard in Tosti's "Vorrei" and Verdi's grand aria "InfeKce," from "Emani." The band selections inculde. that evergreen opera, "The Mikado" (Sir Arthur Sullivan).' The band arrangement includes ■ the' most tuneful of the many, lilting airs of the composition. Suppe's delightful "Poet and Peasant" overture; Adams's air de ballet "Laselott," . Gillefc's concert waltz, "Hourida," and G. Millar's snantical fantasia, "Voyage in. a Troopship," complete an. admirably selected' programme.
