TUG-OF-WAR
Last evening the tug-of-war tournament, which is held in connection with the Catholic bazaar at Sydney-street Schoolroom, was continued. The Petone team defeated Wren's team in lmin 10 sec, and Herlihy's team -defeated Dealy's in one minute. The bazaar is open this afternoon, when the children are being catered for. Duffy's team pulls against Kellett's team at 8.30 o'clock this evening, and at 9.30 p.m. Marshall's and Cleary s teams will cdmpete. The second round will begin on Monday night, and the final will be pulled on Thursday.
