A SHARP CONFLICT
LUDENDORFF ' AND RUPPRECHT. COPENHAGEN, 4th December. Herr Bayerischer says that after the" second battle of the Somme in 1916 Prince Rupprecht urged that a peace should be arranged • also that in the beginning of 1918 there oame a sharp conflict with yon Ludendorff, who stopped Prince Rupprecht's advance on Amiens, when the prospects of a break through were favourable. Thus the relationship of Prince Rupprecht and yon Ludendorff was completely severed. Yon Ludendorff was hoping to set Paris on fire with a new bomb, but Prince Rupprecht protested to yon Hintze, who prevented its use.
