Councillor Norwood to-day answered two questions which have occurred to several householders who have been waiting the inauguration of the scheme. The first one is this : If the card is filled in for three pints, say, will it be possible to obtain an extra supply on any given day. The answer is: Yes; but coupons equivalent to the quantity which it is desired should be delivered must be left in the jug or billy. The second question is: If a house7ioTder runs out of milk in the course.of the day, will he be able to purchase additional milk? In reply to this Councillor Norwood said that thire would be milk depots all over the city, just as there are now, and at these the milk coupons would be accepted.
