LABOUR MINISTER'S PROPHECY.

Mr. -G. H. Roberts, Minister for Labour, speaking in Plymouth, emphasised the importance of decentralisation and the usefulness of the Government's labour exchange system after the. war., There would, be no repetition, he said, of the spectacle of discharged soldiers hawking on* the streets or becoming pavement artists.
