RECRUITING IN IRELAND
CONDITIONAL EXEMPTIONS.
(Received July 15, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 13th July. The Government's recruiting programme in Ireland promises exemption from conscription to any district providing its quota of recruits, even if conscription is applied to the remainder.
