- : A wireless Russian official report states : Owing to the food shortage, cholera in increasing in Petrograd. ~There are many hundred victims daily. It will be Very difficult to carry oh till the harvest, and the councils in the corn' province's have been urged to speed up the despatch of food to Petrograd.
