THEFT FROM A VESSEL.

Louis Domb, a married man, was charged before Mr. F. V. Frazcr, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court this morning, with the theft of two' pounds of tea, valued at 4s, and one packet of candles, value 6d, from the Union Steam Ship Company. Mr. J. J. M'Grath entered a plea of guilty on behalf of accused, who was sentenced, to seven days in gaol.
