AUCTION SALES.

Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co., on Tuesday next, at 1.30 p.m. at their rooms, Featherston-street, will hold a sale of a large consignment from Japan, comprising ornaments, tea and coffee services, dolls, screens, silk goods, etc. •On ' Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m., they will submit two residential properties, Nos. 59 and 61, Central-terrace, Kelbnrn, and another, 150, Hutt-road, iPetone. On the 31st inst. the. firm will sell a fiveroomed residence in Harold-street, Kelburn Extension, and a seven-roomed house, No. 1, Park-terrace, off Moles-worth-streot.

Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will sell furniture, at their rooms, 151, Lambtonquay.'oh Monday at 1.30 p.m. On Wednesdty, at 2 p.m., they will sell six pianos, and on Friday, at 1 p.m., Mr. David Martin's carrying plant at Johnsonville.

Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. will- sell by auction on Thursday, in the Chamber of Commerce, three residential properties at Seatoun.

Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will sell furniture, in their rooms, 157, Lambtonquay, on Monday, at 1.30 p.m. ; on Tuesday, at No. 3, Rawhiti-terrace, on Wednesday at the rooms, and on Thursday at No. 159 Tho Terrace.

.Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will offer at their rooms, 195, Lamb ton-quay, on .the 23rd inst.j four houses and two sections at Seatoun; also properties at Berhampore, Newtown, Petone, and Thorndon. ■On the 16th inst. they will offer a quantity of traveller's samples, furniture, and a Premo camera, and on the 19th insfc. the balance of the unsold picture by J. D. Perrett, W. Wilson, G. P. Nerli, and other artists.

Messrs. o.' W. Price and Co., 60, I/ambton-quay, will sell a Ford car and furniture at their rooms on Tuesday, at 1.30 p.m. On Thursday they will sell jewellery.
