GERMANY PREPARING TO LAND FORCES
(Received February 20, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 19th Feßruary. A ■wireless message from Stockholm states- tha-t, according to reports in the Swedish press, Germany is preparing to land a Finnish battalion of th' 6 Gentian Army and other forces in Finland. These operations will be 1 accompanied by naval action in the Baltic, with landings alia in the unoccupied parts of Livonia arid Esthoriia.
