Advices from Petrograd state thai the Ijeninists have telegraphed to the Revolutionary Government at Helsinfors that troops and artillery are being sent, and urging them to hold out. , (Received February 20, 8.30 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, 19th February. Helsiiigforg reports that ISjOOO.Eed Guards, arfned with rifles and macmne grins, have arrived in Southern Finland from Petrograd. Several hundred White Guards have reached the Alaiid Island*, after crossing the ice, and caused iur- ' i\\4i' bloody fighting with the Rtfssians, who now refuse to leave- unless the' White Guards also leave.
