ALEXIEFFS OPERATIONS DEVELOPING
TWO GREAT FORCES AGAINST THE BOLSHEVIKS

PETROGRAb', 18th February. General Alexieffs operations are developing in the region of Taganrog. There was a violent encounter near Rostoff, while near Voronetz the Bolsheviks are surrounded.. Two outstanding forces are now arrayed against the. Bolsheviks—Alexieff's army and the Church. The followers of Alexieff and Korriilpff are apparently increasing. It is reported that the Bolsheviks are, sending an / army of 100,000 under General Krylenko agairist General Alexieff.
