WANGANUI,-This Day. :TJie weather was fine for training .operations. Zola did five furlongs in Iniin 2sec, Dasher Boy and Zela five in lmin 4sec, and Biplane six in lmin 14gsec.' Wishful and Bon dOr did four jti 51sec, All Over and Tit Willow four in 50sec, Missouri and Lovesick four in .'49 4-ssec, Palm Oil and Impediment in 51sec. ; Finmark and Estland, from a standing .start, ran four furlongs in 51sec. Nystad beat Turpinite over five furlongs in lmin 4sec. Sasanof, Menelaus,. Snub, Almo, Tressida, Form Up, Croesus, and •Sir Solo did good serviceable • work. iMarton and Lconta were companions over the' hurdles. The former shaped ■particularly well. Hymestra, looking .sound and very fit, covered six furlongs, a. good_ working gallop. Nanna., also ■well, did the same. Parawanui went a couple, of rounds of the schooling hur;dles.
