The Bourgeois Evening Post states that the 42nd Army Corps has been ordered to begin operations against the White Guards in Finland. Large detachments of Petrograd troops me en route to Viborg. The backbone of General Mannerheim's White Guards is composed of several thousand Finns from Germany, who are-well supplied, with artillery. General Mannerheim commands about 60,000 men. ■
