, CHRISTCHURCH, 9th April. At Kaikoura, Amy Alice Robinson, aged 25, was heating some beeswax and turpentine mixture when it caught alight, the, flames catching her clothing. She was badly .burned. After 6-he had extinguished the flamea by rolling .hereelf in blankets, she sent some distance to a neighbour for assistance. The sufferer was conveyed to hospital, where she died shortly afterwards.
