Judgment by default was given in the following undefended civil cases by Mr. Reid, S.M., at Petone to-day: — Philip Greenfield v. Chas. Taylor, £3 10s 4d; with 5s costs; J. W. M'Ewan v. J. P. Sullivan, £16 2s 2d, with 15s costs.
