Stewards' Handicap, of 300 soys; one mile and 110yds.—Cleft, 8.2, 1; Golden Grafton, 7.4, 2; Lady'Middleton, 8.6, 3. All started. Won by a neck, threequarters of a length between second and third. Time, lmin 48 4-ssec.
Petre Hack, of 120 soys; six furlongs. —Mouta Queen, 8.10,1; Revocation, 9.5, 2; Stareugo, 8.8, 3. Scratched : The Waif.. Won by half a length, half a head between second and third. Time, lmin 14 3-ssec.
Westmere Hurdles, of 200 soys; two miles.—Glenorchy, 9.11, 1: Marton, 9.9, 2 ; Harbour Light, 11.12, 3. Also ran: Record. Won by four -lengths. Time, 3min 58 2-ssec. .?
