AN INQUEST
An inquest was opened yesterday, before Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., concerning the death of James Allen, chief cook on the Government steamer Tutanekai, who died suddenly on the vessel on Wednesday. After part evidence had been taken the enquiry was adjourned.
