INDIGNATION IN NEUTRAL COUNTRIES
CABINET MEETINGS CALLED,
LONDON, Ist February. The German threat to sink without warning neutral vessels travelling to the countries of Germany's enemies has caused indignation in Spain, Holland, and Denmark, who are calling meetings of their respective Cabinets. Denmark has summoned a secret session of the Rigsdag.
