BIG SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Minister of Finance has decided that in cases where sums not exceeding £20,000 are tendered, he will receive the full amount and allow six months'. interest on the instalments. The conditions on which this concession is made are as under:—The usual 25 per cent, or the full amount is payable with the application on the 21st of this month. If the full amount of the subscription is available by the 31st of this month six months' interest will lie allowed, but the bonds issued under these conditions will be for 25 years only.
