ZEPPELIN ATTACKS A SHIP
(Received August 16, 11.50 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, loth August. A Zeppelin bombarded the Swedish steamer Noi'land, from Middlesb'orough. The bombs fell close to the ship, doing little damage. British destroyers chased the airship, firing heavily. The Germans fired, on the Swedish ship Pepita, with a cargo of sleepers for Sunderland. The Danish steamer Ivar was submarined. The crew was rescued. The San Sebastian, a Spanish vessel, was submarined in the Mediterranean.
