THE BARALONG CASE
ZEPPELIN RAIDS ARE REPRISALS
AMSTERDAM, 14th August. A German White Book, reviewing the Baralong case, states that Zeppelin raids are the German reprisals. Therefore, every time a Zeppelin appears the British must remember the Baralong. (Received August 16, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, loth August. A Berlin wireless message states: In consequence of the Baralong case, the Zep-peiins in future will not show consideration for the lives of civilians. In every raid England shall remember the Baralong. Our airships ■will .show we are able to make reprisals for these cruelties." '•
