Mr. Justice Harvey, in delivering judgment on the question whether Chidley, the author of the book "Answer," is sane or otherwise, declared that dudley presented a typical case of paranoia. His so-called thesis was an unalterable obsession of the mind and ooposed to universal experience. His so-called mission_ to the -rftirld was a' chronic., systematised, and insane delusion.
