MELBOUENE, ■ This Day. -- - Owing to a partial strike of mill "caff, ers and storemen threatening" the. wheat pool and the people's bread, Mr. igel-. horn (Wheat Commissioner), after consulting with the Chambers,of Commerce and Agriculture and ether associations, is_ taking steps to replace the strikers, with free .labour from the country.
