MURRAY CREEK. Tho manager of the Murray Creek Goldmining Company, Ltd., advises by telegram that the winze being sunk from tho intermediate level is down 75ft; reef sft in width, no hanging-wail. WAIHI REEFS-GIGANTIC. The mine manager of tho Waihi ReefsGigantic Consolidated, Ltd., reports ac follows for the week ended 16th June:— "Driving cross-cuts at 1000 ft level: The contractor for this work has advanced the north face 17ft, and the south-cast 13ft, total for week 30ft. In tho south-east end the. country is exceedingly hard and difficult to blast, while that in north face is milder, but changeable. We are now out in north end 511 ft from shaft, and in south-east face 415 ft. The north face shows veins of silica and mineral. All machinery is working well."
