ASSOCIATION ' MEETING OP MANAGEMENT. COMMITTEE. Mr. A. E. Wells presided over tho weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Association held last evening. Others present were : —Messrs. T. Thompson, V. R. Pye-Smith, H. Yeoman, A. Bolton, A. Varney, J. M'Ardle, and A. Williams (secretary). ( The Kaiwarra CJub notified that it would be unable to tako part in the first division competition owing (o a. shortage of players. — It was resolved to ask the club to enter a team in the second division. The City Council forwarded the list oi! grounds allotted the association. The Basin Reserve, however, would not bo ready for play for at Jeast a fortnight. Mr. Varney was asked to arrange a senior learn to visit the Trentham camp. In view of the difficulty of securing the services of a sole selector for, the first division, a motion was carried that the resolution to appoint a sole selector be rescinded, and three selectors be appointed. Messrs. H. L. Godbcr, A. E. Wells, and A. Bolton wore appointed accordingly. A roquest was received from the f 81. Davids Club, Petone, that, second division matches against the Toa, Club, of _Porirua, be played in Wellingj ton.-^This was acceded to. Owing to the disproportionate character t of some of the scores in the sixth division last Saturday, it was resolved that the fixtures in this division be redrawn. The Marist Club entered a team in tho Sixth B division. '
