WITH THE RIFLE
HIGHLAND CLUB COMPETITION. The Highland Club continued the Monthly competition on Saturday by firing seven shots at the 800 and 900 yards ranges. Owing to wind accurate shooting was tery difficult. • The scores were as follow : — I A Class.

NGATIAWA CLUB. Tho first competition for tho Walkanae Co-Op. Stores' trophy was fired by th« Ngatiawa Club on Saturday. A strong gusty wind upset the calculations of riflemen.
