ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETING.

A meeting of the Management Committee of the Wellington Football Association was held at the V.M.C.A. building last evening, those present being Messrs. A. E. Wells (chairman), IH\ WiJUams (secretary), H. Yeoman, A. Varney, and J. Black. The Kelburne Club notified that it had chosen royal blue and black of tlie half and half pattern for its colours. The secretary reported that a circular had been issued appealing to all players and supporters to place at least 250 shares of £1 each in the Association Football Grounds, Ltd.. before Easter. It was, he said, intended to hold a meeting of all enthusiasts and players at the V.M.C.A. on Monday evening next to consider the matter. An application from the Swifts lootball Club to play a third-class team I against the Auckland City Club's thirdclass team at Wellington on Easter Saturday was granted, the match to be played on the Wellington Football Association's ground if available. Permission was granted various clubs to play practice matches next Saturday upon grounds as follows : V.M.C.A. Club, fourth grade v.
