HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. The cunent programme of vaudeville at His Majesty's Theatre includes a wila west comedy, "'lhe T roubles of a Tenderfoot." by a troup of American &l:eto!i artists, headed by Captain Biunswick. The piece is excellently mounted and goes with a swing. Other acceptable tutus arc provided by Valentine and Bell, Kingsley and Graham, and Cunningham and Rose. KING'S THEATRE. "One Hour Before Dawn." a fascinating detective story, is exciting interest at The King's Theatre. Other good pictures are : "Zuza the Bandmaster" (Keystone comedy). "St. Cloud" (scenic), "The Little Hero" (drama), and the Qaumont Graphic. "THE BRITANNIA." "On Their Wedding Eve," " Wiffles Mother's Darling," and other subjects in the present programme will be screened at the Britannia Theatre for the last time to-night. To-morrow's new atliactions will include a story of love and adventure. " Trapped in a. Forest Fire."' The plot throughout is an exciting one and embraces some rpinarkable scenes and lucky escapes from a forest fire. Another interesting subject will be " How Moving Pictures are Made," by the popular Keystone Company. An Edison comic film is entitled "How Bobby Called Her Bluff." THE EMPRESS THEATRE. The Kalem Company will be represented in the new programme to-morrow at the Empress Theatre by a istyhshlystaged drama, "The Shadow of Guilt " The plot is powerful, and the situations feasible. In the course of the screening some sensational incidents of life in the : financial world are depicted, and throughout the whole a love story is interwoveh. A thrilling climax is provided in a realistic fire scene. Supplementary to tlm production will he the A.B. Company** drttma, "Tenderfoot's Money," "Canine Traction in the Belgian Army" (travel), "The Vapour Bath" (farce-comedy), and others! THE NEW THEATRE. For the last time to-night the "feature" film, "In the King's Service," will be shown at The New Theatre. The programme also includes a numbei of dramas and comedies, and an engaging natural history film. A complete change of programme will be presented to-mor-row, particulars of which appear in another column. PEOPLE'S PICTURE PALACE. The "star" picture now being screeiTed at tho People's Picture Palace continuous pictures is "The Ghost of the White Lady." It delve 6 back into the legendary past, presenting an old-time castle romance. The supporting films, which include a mimber of comics, are all of a high order. i SHORTT'S THEATRE. "The Suffagette," a Pathe drama, continues to draw crowded houses at the various sessions at Shortt's Continuous Picture Theatre. It deals with the villainy of a brother towards his sister by concealing his father's will. Other films include "A Cruel , Revenge," "Who Stole Jones's Wood?" "Fishers of Brittany," and the Warwick Chioniclc. STAR. THEATRE, NEWTOWN. Excellent attendances are ruling at the Star Theatre, where "One Houi' Before Dawn," "Zuza, the Bandmaster," and other films are shown. ST. THOMAS'S HALL. "The Duchess of the Follies," a comedy of 3000 feet in length, is the chief attraction at St. Thomas's Hall.
