DIVORCE COURT
A GISBORNE CASE. (BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GISBORNE, This Day. At the Supreme Court, in the divorce case Victor Fiori v. Nora, Annie Fiori and George Bowel, Auckland, co-respon-dent, evidence was given that the parties were employed in a local hotel, and had known each other a fortnight before being married at the Registry Office. Then they immediately quarrelled and separated, and had not seen each other since. The respondent made an admission by affidavit, but the Judge required evidence, and allowed the matter to stand over. Evidence will be taken at Auckland.
