RELEASED FROM ROTO ROA
CASE OF AN EX-DETECTIVE, (BT TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Ex-Detective Miller has been unconditionally released from Roto Roa. He was committed as an habitual inebriate in September last for a year. Last month he was in Auckland for several wee^s clamouring for a retrial. The authorities refused until he returned to the island. This he did, and he was released a few days later without further negotiations.
