Tho Daily Telegraph demands that the Exchequer should provide a million sterling for a constructive aerial programme. GRAHAM WHITE'S SCHEME. SUBSIDISED MERCANTILE FLEET. (Received March 1, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, 28th February. Mr. Graham White proposes that a mercantile air fleet should be subsidised similar to steamships, the airships carrying mails in time of peace and guns in war time ; also aerodromes and air docks throughout the Kingdom, and schools for airmen. If the Government supports him, many financiers are ready to launch the scheme.
