The Huddart-Parker Proprietary Company s dividend for the half-year is at the rate of 6 per centum per annum on preference shares, and 8 per centum on ordinary shares, making with the interim dividend an average of seven per centum on ordinary shares for the year. BERLIN, 28th February. The annual report of tlie North German Lloyd's showjs that the gross earnings amounted to £2,567,000. A dividend of 7 per cent, has been declared.
