GERMAN NORTHERN WINQ WOULD GO THROUGH BELGIUM AND HOLLAND. •By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Cbpyfight. (Received February 25, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 24th February. The Pall Mall Gazette says that Bernhardi's new book states if there was war with France, Germany's northern wing would advance through Holland and Belgium. The Pall Mall Gazette adds that it is known King Leopold promised the Kaiser not to oppose the passage of German troops through Belgium, "but of the Dutch attitude we have only circumstantial evidence of the fortifying of -the entrance to the Scheldt against England."
