Sectional meetings have decided to iecommend executive action to secure the reinstatement of a guard named Richardeon, who waft dismissed for disobedi* ence. Richardson claims that he strictly obeyed the regulatiohe relating to the load a certain engine should haul. He had refused to accept his superior's verbal instruction.
