SPEECH BY CARDINAL LOGUE

The Dublin correspondent of The Times states that a speech by Cardinal Logue at Maynooth has startled the country. The Cardinal hinted that the National University does not enjoy the Roman Catholic Church's confidence in several important respects, and states that Roman Catholics are still forbidden by the Church to go' to Trinity College, Dublin.
