THE CITY MAYORALTY
Councillor D. M'Laren, who is a candidate for the Mayoralty of Wellington, will address tho electors at the corner of Green-street and Biddifqrd-street at 7.30 o'alock to-night. He will also cspcak at noon on Monday in tho Post Officesquare. Electors favourable to the election of Councillor J. Smith as Mayor of Wellington are requested to meet at the Chamber of Commerce on Monday evening. Mr. It. A. . Wright will speak in the Kilbirnie Hall at 8 o'clock on Monday night. Mr. A. S. Biss will address the electors on Monday, at 8 p.m. in the Newtown Library. Mr. Biss met friends and supporters last evening. A number of representative citizens wero in attendance. A plan of campaign was agreed upon. It was decided to form committees in various districts throughout tho city.
