The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that a renewal of the Triple Alliance — between Germany, AustriaHungary, and Italy— has been arranged, taking effect in 1914. This decision has been reached, he points out, despite Germany's outspoken sympathy for Turkey in connection -with the Tripolitan war.
