TRIPLE ALLIANCE.
ARRANGEMENT FOR RENEWAL. By Telegraph — Press Awociatlon.— Copyright. LONDON, 11th. April. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that a renewal of the Triple Alliance — between Germany, AustriaHungary, and Italy— has been arranged, taking effect in 1914. This decision has been reached, he points out, despite Germany's outspoken sympathy for Turkey in connection -with the Tripolitan war. [The Alliance was first concluded in 1881, and has been renewed on several occasions, the last time for a term of ten years from 6th. May, 1903.]
