The Times state* that France will neter play the part of policeman in Morocco for the exclusive benefit of the German trader. The Daily Telegraph Paris correspondent declare* that a peaceful issue of the dispute is a foregone conclusion, and a Franeo-Gertoan treaty will b© signed. France's comp&nsatioa to Germany in the Congo will be on^sitch a generous ecale as to surprise Europe, but Germany, the correspondent states, will havft no privileges in Morocco, except those granted to other Powers.
