Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. (in coHJ unction with Messrs. Hareourt and Co.) announce that they wili sell at Messrs. Harconrt and Co.'s sale rooms, Pasiama-'street, on Wednesday, Ist March, at 2.30 p.m., the freehold property belonging to the Australian Widows' Fund Life Assurance Society, Ltd., situated at Nos. 113 and 115, Gnstomhouse-quay, Wellington, opposite the Bank of New Zealand. The land has a frontage of 30ft by a. depth, of 108 ft 6in, and is subject to light- and air areas at the back and on one side.
