OTTAWA, sth July. The body of Mr. F. S. Gouldthrite,' Superintendent of Stationery at the Government Printing Bureau at Ottawa — who disappeared a week ago after the discovery of "graft" scandals in connection with Government stores, and was supposed to have committed suicide at Detroit — has been found in the Ottawa River.
