SHORTHAND CERTIFICATES.
Results of an examination for Pitman's shorthand certificates held in December last at Mifs Carr's School of Shorthand have just come to hand, the following pupils having gained certificates: — Miss Cromie, 100 words per minute; Miss Eicken, 90 words; Miss W. M'Ginnity, 90 words ; Miss G. Williams, 90 words ; Mifcs K. Teazcr, 90 word* ; Miss C. Glasson, 90 words ; Miss M. Shivnan, 70 words; Mr. A. H. Bay, 70 words.
