» Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. advertise a sale of city freehold property, to bo held at their rooms, Featherstonstreot, on 27th April, at 3 p.m., when they will sell, by order of the Registrar of tho Supreme Court, the business premises Nos. 50, 52, and 52a, Willisstreot, on land having a frontage of 42ft lOin by a depth of 110 ft, widen ing at the back to 72ft. The buildings consist of tho premises of tht- Wii!i.< street shooting gallery, Messrs. P. Calvcrt, W. S. Bedford, and J. G. Bay. The property will be sold subject to a first mortgage at 4i per cent, interest. The firm insert an amended list of business and residential properties which they havo on their books for private sale ; also a number of houses to be let furnished and unfurnished. Mr. H. Ernest Leighton, by order of tho mertagee, and under instructions from the Registrar of the Supremo Court, will sell, at 2.30 p.m. on 27th April, land in the Hutt district close to the Trentham railway station. On Thursday, 7th April, they will conduct a sale of household furniture in Upper Willis-street, commencing at 1.30 o'clock. On the same day a salo of pianos will be held in the firm's Tooms, 2£, Brandon-street, at 11 o'clock. On Friday, Bth April, they will hold a sale of household furniture and effects at HataiUi, commencing at 1.30 o'clock. On Thursday, under instructions from Miss Osborne, the firm will sell the contents of her nine-roomed residenco, No. 143, Wellington-terrace. Messrs. Marcourt and Company will sell by public auction in their rooms, 195, Lam bfcon -quay, on Tuesday, at 2.30 p.m., section No. 11 on the plan of Northland Extension, having frontages to Gardon-road of 168 ft llin, and 164 ft lin to Orangi Kaupapa-road, containing an area of 1 rood 32-10 perches (more or less). On Wednesday, at 1.30 o'clock, in their rooms, the firm will sell household furniture, billiard dining-table, sideboard, and oak suite ; also 50,000 cardboard wrappers, under instructions from, the Collector of Customs, and twenty iron bedsteads (direct from the manufacturers), by order of the holders of the bill-of-iading.
