THE NEW CABINET. By Telecraph. — Press Association.— CopyrlgHt. (Received April 1, 9 a.m.) ROME, 31st March. The ne\r Italian Cabinet contains a strong > Radical element. Signor Luzzatti is Premier and Minister of the Interior, the Marquis of Sangiuians, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Admiral Villacortese Minister of Marine. The new Premier, Signor Luzzatti, was Minister for Commerce in the Sonnino Cabinet, which last month resigned, after holding office for three months, because it foresaw a defeat on the maritime subvention question.
