COURT OF APPEAL.
LIST OF CASES. The Court of Appeal will sit on Monday for the first time this year. The' appended caf.es are ready for hearing : — James Watt and Louis Cohen, solicitors, of Wanganui. v. Aubrey James Willis, farmer, of Wanganui. His Majesty the King v. Henry Stephen C'oburn, newspaper manager, a Crown case reserved by Mr. Justice Chapman. A motion will be heard in regard to costs in the case of John Campbell v. the District Land Registrar at Auckland, a matter which has been held over from the last sittings. The case of Dutton v. Breen will probably be heard. This is a Welling* ton appeal, which was ready for hearing at the last Court of Appeal session, but in which the papers were filed too late. Papers are also being prepared for filing in connection with the following cases in order that they may also ba heard at the coming session : — Gisborne Harbour Board v. Frank Brayton Barker and Percival Barker. His Majesty the King v. Arnold Hare, a case stated by Mr. Justice Cooper. James Holt, sawmiller, ot Napier, v. John Holt, sawmiller, of Hastings, Sarah Leach Dean and Robert Holt, as executors and trustees of Robert Holt, sen., decreased.
